                                 2007 Annual Meeting Minutes

                                               April 08, 2008

The 2007 annual meeting was held on April 08, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.  Chairman, Fran Vorachek presided with the 1^st and 2^nd Supervisors and  Clerk present.  Approximately 6 residents were present.

The Clerk read the minutes from the 2006 Annual Meeting.  Fran Vorachek asked for a motion from the floor to approve the minutes from last year.  Norb Morack motioned to approve the minutes from last year. The approval was seconded by Michael Ubl and the motion carried.

Fran Vorachek reviewed the 2007 Annual Report entries.  Fran Vorachek asked if there were questions about the annual report.  Misc. discussion took place regarding the fire runs, town’s special charges and fire protection.  Fran Vorachek entertained a motion to approve the 2007 Annual Report.  Michael Ubl motioned to approve the 2007 Annual Report with Ralph Thern seconding the motion.  The motion was carried.

Fran Vorachek entertained a motion to approve the Cemetery Commission Report.  Michael Ubl made a motion to accept the Cemetery Commission Report with Alfred Krause seconding the motion.  The motion carried.

Issues from the floor:

Michael Ubl asked if we would be scheduling another Tire Pickup.  It will continue to be a tire only pickup.  No appliances, tire rims etc….

The date for the 2008 Annual Meeting was discussed.  The Annual Meeting date will be Tuesday, April 14^th 2009 at 7:00 p.m.  Michael Ubl made a motion to accept the date for the 2008 Annual Meeting, Alfred Krause seconded it and the motion was carried.

Fran Vorachek asked if there were any issues from the floor.  There were no issues from the floor.

Michael Ubl made a motion to adjourn the 2007 Annual Meeting, Tom Blumreich seconded it and the motion was carried.
